Eight naval vessels and more than 1,200officers and soldiers from the ASEAN countries and China joined the drill.
The drill was divided into three parts,including activities at port and on shore, maritime military exercises and aconclusion.
A similar drill between ASEAN and the USis scheduled for 2019.
