Vinh elaborated on Huawei’s stringent standards for data center investments, which require a minimum of three availability zones.
An availability zone is a distinct subset of IT infrastructure that does not share critical components with other zones and is geographically separated to mitigate potential issues.
Huawei’s commitment to stability means these zones must be located at least 30 kilometers apart. The company is currently assessing market demand and will proceed with establishing its data center in Vietnam once demand reaches a critical threshold.
