National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man chaired a meeting in Hanoi on August 6 to review preparations for the Q&A session at the 36th meeting of the NA Standing Committee.

Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member and Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, will manage activities of the NA and its Standing Committee until a new leader of the legislature is elected in accordance with the law, according to an announcement of the NA Standing Committee.

The 15th National Assembly will elect several important positions of the legislature on July 21 morning, the second day of its first session.
