Vietnam, UAE issue Joint State𝐆ment on upgrade of relations to Comprehensiveღ Partnership
Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on October 28 issued a Joint Statement on the upgrade of their relations to a Comprehensive Partnership on the occasion of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s official visit to the Middle East country.
