At 8:30 am, the opening-hour rates at major commercial banks went up.
Both Vietco🦂mbank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 26,050 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,410 VND/USD,ꦫ up 10 VND from August 11 morning./.
