PM requests prompt actions t🔜o fix consequences of mine collapse in Quang Ninh
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on July 30 ordered prompt actions from relevant units to deal with the consequences of a serious accident that happened at a coal mine in the northern province of Quang Ninh.
