The Indian side pledged continued support for cultural preservation, training, and restoration projects in Vietnam, including the ongoing conservation of the My Son sanctuary.

National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue attended and delivered a speech at a meeting with the India-Vietnam Friendship Association during his recent visit to India.

A book collection entitled “Ho Chi Minh with India”, recently published in Vietnam and India, was introduced in Hanoi on November 29 in both Vietnamese and English.

People-to-people exchanges between Vietnam and India have been thriving recently through multiple activities, said Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations (VUFO) Bui Khac Son on September 5.

The people-to-people diplomatic activities, especially the Vietnam-India friendship festival, have helped bolster friendship between Vietnam and India.
